I'm an Aquarius and that should explain most of it. In the chinese zodiac, I'm a sheep or a horse (depending on what chinese zodiac you get). Each one of those have much creativity in them. I can sit by myself all nice and happy with a pen in one hand and a piece of paper in the other. People just are drawn to me without a single word I say. That is the nature of the Horse. The Horse is usually very popular. I coud also be happy with many people around me needing my help or just hanging around. Either way, I could be a happy person.

I feel my sign is underrepresented...

I'm an Aries with Sag rising and a Virgo moon. Also a lot of Pisces in my chart.

And I've always noticed how personality types I know always seem to group together. E.g., I know at least three Pisces guys who are extremely talented but hate to promote themselves in any way, Nevertheless, I don't believe in astrology....(but, of course with an Aries Sun and Virgo moon, I would be conflicted!)

Actually, Tommy's right. Just the sun sign alone means little. You could be a Cancer and have every other planet in air signs and not be a real Cancer.

Myself?

Libra Sun. Gem Moon. Leo Rising. Venus in Libra. Mars in Leo.

(Translation: One smart, talented ass-kicking son of a bitch. But also humble and sweet.)

See? Sun signs alone don't tell the whole story.

u got it ARTRA... one of the most important elements of a chart is the way all the planets relate to each other in the natal chart - so you gotta look up all the aspects. Its pretty uncanny how the full natal chart will pinpoint that lifelong stuff that you deal with.

And Tommy, you are one insightful, psychic dude! Or dudette? Your chart speaks of great art or writing or musical abilities. But perhaps a little too sensitive, a little too fragle at times.

Your hunches are usually right.

Right. The entire picture is important, because it represents the position of the universe the moment when you were born. The snapshot.

Mine: Gemini, with sun, mercury, and Venus conjunct in Gemini, trine to Neptune in Libra on the Midheaven. Sag moon, sag rising. Which says, a restless spirit whose highest aspiration is communication of spiritual matters on a global scale. That's why I'm in this greenlight sweepstakes....

denecius - great chart... perfect for screenwriting... especially a script about law or a love story

artra - also that grand cross gives me some interesting complexes... the grand cross itself is usually described as a crucifixion complex, mine's with saturn opposition sun which is a classic father and authority complex and it squares my nodes so I also feel out of sync and persecuted by society... woo hoo... all my scripts have always dealt with all these elements - many scripts before I even started studying astrology. Altho grand crosses and trines are supposed to be rare, I find almost all my friends have at least one or both.

I've seen a lot of fascinating charts. Each one offers new insight into human nature.

Tommy,

My chart is actually very compatible with itself. No conjunctions. No grands. The only square being Jupiter to Saturn. A real bitch.
Seems like for every three steps forward, life kicks me back two steps. Although I've gotten used to it, sometimes I wonder why I keep writing and painting?

My north node is in Taurus and I've been told if I hang in there long enough the recogniction will come.

But why all the god damn speed bumps?

bump.

jupiter square saturn shouldn't be that bad, ARTRA, it affects so many people born around the same time of year as you. where those planets fall in your chart and what other planets they aspect might be a litle more informative. but sometimes it's the aspects you don't have that say a lot as well. One of the most interesting charts I've seen was a girl who had very few aspects, no hard aspects, and nothing aspected venus at all. Life was pretty simple and straightforward for her, altho love was something separate in her life. She compartmentalized it. It didn't really relate to the rest of her life at all.

Also I remember a chart where a girl had nothing but squares. Everything was in square. It was like a Bergman movie. The hardest chart I've ever seen. But it made me rethink what it was to have difficulty - if that's all you've ever known, that's your only point of reference. It's just a quality, we tend to place value judgements on things because our experience is different.

Tommy,

Do me a favor and look at the art work HKC posted of mine in the Contestant's Forum.

The funny thing is, I've always, always believed in my talent. It's fate itself that worries me.

And you, I'll bet the women just love you, just wanna smother you. As far as working out the demons from the past, most of the great literature was written by writers doing just that. Your issues are also your strengths. Please remember that.

Good Lord, someone help! All I know is that I'm a Virgo on the cusp of Libra, and I'm also a dragon. I have no idea who is my rising moon, what my setting planet is, or what I'm having for lunch tomorrow.

Oh well, maybe I'll leave the details up to astronet.com. It's a fun site, check it out.
