In two weeks...Hollywood Armageddon.

Everyone fuel the flames!

What have you heard?

What do you know?

Cite references if you can.

Today the WGA is going over its options and Tuesday talks resume.

This is our livelihood. Let's show some concern.

I always get this image of the bear from the Disney cartoon where he's trying to fish, and the park ranger (the little fat old dude with glasses) thwarts his efforts... but in every cartoon with this bear, he invariably ends up running back and forth like crazy, scared, worried, etc... that's what I picture with this mass hysteria about to ensue...

Pretend for a moment that I don't know anything about metallurgy, engineering, or physics, and just tell me what the hell is going on...

I'm worried. All my readings point to something big on the horizon.

[We are] about to face a disaster of biblical proportions.
What do you mean, "biblical?"
We mean real wrath-of-God type stuff. Plagues, darkness--
The dead rising from the grave!
Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes--
Riots in the streets, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria!

Try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light.

I'm terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought.

Just got the word from a producer, Writers and producers will sit down on April 17 to try and avert a strike on May 1. So they are talking at least. . .

"This could be the biggest interdimensional cross-rip since the Tunguska blast of 1909."

"That's a big Twinkie."

"The flowers are still standing!"

This is fun.

As for the strike, I don't think it's actually going to happen. But I've been known to be wrong on a regular basis.

"Hey, who does your Taxes?"

Scared? Scared? Nah, I'm not afraid of a strike. What scares me is this:

Writers getting NO RESPECT...now that's scary!!!!

Kinda makes you wonder doesn't it?
Wonder what?
If she's wearing anything under that toga.

Sometimes, shit happens, someone has to deal with it, and who are you gonna call?!

You're much better than you realize. You don't give yourself enough credit.
I need to hear that kind of stuff. You know, if I had this kind of stuff like on a 24-hour basis, I could have myself whipped into shape by the end of this century.

Sticking feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken

Hey, even the Mona Lisa's falling apart

It could be worse. A woman could cut off your penis while you're sleeping and toss it out the window of a moving car.

How's that working out for you?
What?
Being clever.
Great.
Keep it up, then.

I'm not obsessing. I'm just curious

Smile! You're at Mr. Smiley's

"Type something, wouldja, we're paying for this stuff. And quit looking at me with those bugeyes. Jeannine? Sorry about the 'bugeyes' thing...I'll be in my office."

"It's true, this man has no dick. Well that's what I heard!"

"As a duly deputized representative of the city, county, and state of New York, I hereby order you to cease and desist all paranormal activity and return to your point or origin or nearest convenient parallel dimension."
