Cloudkick, did you visit Hong Kong on your trip? I was there this time last year. It blew me away.

c'kick,

Sorry for the long delay. I went to see the 'rents over a long weekend.

I went for the first time this time last year with my Dad. He's a Vietnam vet and wanted to go back, deal with stuff, etc. We flew via Hong Kong so took a few days to check it out. I can't wait to go back. I don't know what airline you use when you visit your girl, but we flew Cathay Pacific and it rocked. Best flying experience I've ever had (it helped that Dad ponied up his frequent flier mile to upgrade us to Business Class).

Next time I want to go back and visit Tibet too.

c'kick,
I wish it was twelve hours. From NYC to Vietnam it was 21. By the end I felt like a caged animal. I think they have a new flight from NY now where they fly over the pole and it's down to 14.

I'd have to say third greatest high (I had two teams in the final four this year).
