Tomorrow I leave for Turkey on National Guard-type business (damn you, Uncle Sam). I'll be off PGL but I'll try to check my email, so if spie's condition changes or someone's trying to hook up a care package for her kids or whatnot, kindly email me at dhdewitt@aol.com.
I'll try and bring everyone back some sand.

I, for one, will miss you terribly. Be safe, thanks for taking care of us and don't eat any sandwiches.

Thanks, jules. I've been told to drink only bottled water at all costs, as well. Buy stock in Poland Spring.

You know, that sounds kind of exciting but dangerous. Take care, Dan. Turkey grows the best pistachio nuts in the world! (They also have some of the least explored ancient monuments/settlements/antiquities in the world.

Be careful!
