This is my last post, this I promise everyone, but I need to know.

I feel considerably left out with all the PGL parties being organized in the US. I'm not whining, so please don't condemn me.

Just wanted to know...

I'm in Toronto, by the way...

I'm from Kitchener/Waterloo, originally. Went to school in Montreal. Lived in Vancouver, but currently residing as a legal resident of the U.S. in Cambridge, MA. Close enough?

My long-time companion is 1/2 Canadian via Chelmsford & Sudbury (oh stop your groaning!) Does that count?

I'm not sure, but I think I was arrested once in Sudbury. It would be a long story if I could remember it.

Yes CDN!

I AM CANADIAN (molson commercial) hahaha

Ok, a bit lame.

I'm in Ottawa, not too far from you. I know how you feel about the parties though. Funds might not make it possible, but I'm gonna try to get down to the LA hooplah.

We should have one up here, I'll bring the video cam. If you want to cook something up, my email's isulte@yahoo.com.

Gee, I wonder if we could get a sponsor?

hello!!!

I'm in Toronto too!!! (though I'm no writer...)

I don't think you'll find lots of Canadians on this boards since the contest was open to US citizens only (oh, the injustice!!) so lots of Canadians just lost interest...maybe PGL2 will be open for us too (god knows the Americans shoot in Canada half their films, I think we have the right. I'm sick of seeing Toronto being described as Chicago or New York. Toronto IS Toronto).

We should have our own PGL party!! but with our luck, we'll be snowed in as usual.

Yeah, I'm with you on that one! I think PGL2 should be open to Canadians!

About the party, I hope there's no more chance for snow! Good God! I think we've had our fill!

I'm down for a party! It would more than likely be best in Toronto, I don't think too many Ottawans(?) are here. Let's work it out!

I AM CANADIAN! too. (Sorry its hard to resist that commercial!)

I grew up in Ottawa. Lived threre until junior high and moved out west. I live and work in the film industry in Edmonton.

There are more of us here, we just tend to lurk more. Everytime I'm in chat and they find I'm Canadian the old "Blame Canada" stuff happens.

Oh my God, oh my God, oh my GOD!!!

My people! I was beginning to think I was the only Northie who remained here despite the fact that I was never even entered in the contest! I feel the love...

isulte- I definitely think we should organize some sort of party here. I too have seriously depleted my funds in the past few months, but am going to make a valiant attempt to head out to the LA party! I have some relatives down there and they've been begging me to come and visit. I want to take them up on their offer, but have been waiting for the best time. It seems that I may have found it! It's sad how excited I am about matching some names to some faces. Most of the people that I associate with on these boards, or that choose to associate with me, don't have a picture posted on the thread. Neither do I, but that's besides the point. Expect an email from me.

Hope is filling me ever so!

I AM CANADIAN. (even if you're not, and you've had the good fortune of seeing that commercial, you can't deny that it's a doozie.)

IOS! I remember you from chat, how you doin'? If you're not comfortable posting your email, mine's above. We can keep you updated as to any goings on.

Mmmmm Canadian beer! What's your fav brand? I like Molson Dry.

Did anyone else feel like a big dummy when they were talking about Sam Adams? Do we get that brand up here? I thought SA was hard liquor or something.
