In film school I had to do casting, but I did it. Here you have money, you can get a casting director.

If you look at the credits on a movie, there is "casting by". One that sticks out is Mary Jo Slater, she does "Stargate SG-1".

A casting director can help you out a lot, if you haven't worked with actors before.
