Tech support, HELP!

I decided Friday AM that my script needed major revisions and I wouldn't submit. However, I still want to review.

When I try to change my user profile, though, it won't let me, giving me the following message: "You cannot change your user type because you have joined a team already."

1. I have not joined a team. I am a solo entrant.
2. I assumed that once the Sunday PM deadline passed, my status would change since I had not uploaded my script. It has not.
