i shot rollerfink Junior Member	posted 06-22-2001 02:34 PM Okay, I'm organizing a FLAG get-together for June 31st. That's a Saturday, so I hope all the regulars can make it. It's gonna be at Crinkly's on Vine St. It's a pretty dark bar, so thats a plus. There's gonna be live music. There's a Golden Earring cover band playing. I think they're called Red Eye Love. I guess they'll play Red Eye Love and that other song Golden Earring had that sounded a lot like Red Eye Love. Also, two of the original members of Hamilton Joe, Frank, and Reynolds will be there. Signing autographs. Crinkly's is right by where that Planet Hollywood used to be, so I guess they got bumped over to Crinkly's. I think its Hamilton Joe and Frank. Although it might be Joe Frank and Reynolds. Only problem- they can't serve alcohol. There's a bit of nudity at Crinkly's (sorry gals) But here's what you do. Bring your own booze from home like in a thermos or a bowl or something. Check it at the door and they can sell it back to you. Damn Guiliani. It's all good though. No cover charge, more good news. I'll be there at maybe 6:30 getting the banner up congratulating Pete Jones and Company on completing prinicple photography on Stolen Summer. I don't think any of you guys will show up until maybe 8... but if you want to get there early, I'll be there. LET'S DO IT! It'll be great. Its my first time organizing a function of this nature, but I can feel it in my bones that this is gonna ROCK! IP: Logged
