On this board, whatever is posted becomes a permanent part of the thread. It's making it VERY difficult to just find the interesting stuff.

Kit, allyn, whoever... think in terms of marketing here. What's the purpose of these boards? To extend the Greenlight name & reputation beyond just the actual events of the contest.

If you were someone who had just heard of Greenlight, and stumbled into the contestant's forum, would you be likely to have warm and fuzzy feelings about the contest or the community from reading all this incomprehensible, poorly spelled crap?

I believe you're wrong. If I didn't believe that, I'd have kept my mouth shut. But when one person spoils things for everyone else, just letting them run amok doesn't do anyone any good.

The problem isn't having more than one handle. I posted under another name once for fun a few months ago. The problem has more to do with just constant harrassment of anyone and everyone. You are what is called a "troll" on newsgroups. But newsgroups really ARE a public forum, so there's nothing that can be done about them.

Here, there is, because there's someone in charge. At least, as far as I know.
