13. I have a great idea but I don't know how to write a screenplay. Can I just send you my idea? Can I hook up with someone on the message boards to form a Team?

Greenlight does not accept ideas, short stories, poems, novels, or any kind of unsolicited submissions. Each Submission entered into the Contest must be a SCREENPLAY that meets all of the eligibility requirements and submission requirements set forth in the Official Rules. If you do not have a screenplay, but you can find someone to help you turn your idea (or novel, or short story, or poem, or what have you) into a properly formatted screenplay Submission before the Submission Deadline and who wants to enter the Contest with you as part of a Team in accordance with the Official Rules, you're welcome to do so. Please remember that all postings on the Greenlight message boards are subject to the Greenlight Terms of Service regarding such postings.
