16. I’m trying to register my screenplay with the Copyright Office. What form should I use?

Screenplays are registered using Form PA (Performing Arts), available online at the Copyright Office website, located at http://www.loc.gov/copyright/forms/ (you’ll need Adobe® to download the form). (If you download “Form PA with instructions” it will help walk you through the form.)
