26. I read that the "TOP 250" will have to shoot a short BIO VIDEO and mail it in on VHS videotape. What if I don't have access to a video camera?

In the year 2000, after checking with all of your friends, relatives, neighbors, local schools, libraries, video stores and churches…and you still don't come up with one, then maybe directing a feature film isn't the best career choice for you.
