MEMBER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Registration Request. You hereby agree and notify us that you wish to register with greenlight as a Member, without participating in the greenlight contest ("Contest"). You hereby acknowledge and agree that, as a non-competing and non-reviewing Member, your access to certain areas of the Site will be limited to those areas designated for non-Contestants only. You hereby acknowledge and agree that greenlight may send you periodic emails relating to the Contest and/or your status as a Member at the email address you provide during the registration process. By registering with greenlight, you agree to be legally bound by this greenlight Member Registration Agreement, along with the greenlight Terms of Service, and the greenlight Privacy Policy. Please read through each of these agreements (you can access each agreement by clicking on the links above), because when you click "I Agree" at the end of this registration, you are agreeing to abide by the terms of all of them.
