Rejection/ persistence.

If you want something, keep trying and never give up!!!
Please describe your job for those who might not know what an Intern is.
Intern: Many duties including: phone work, going on runs, etc...
Can you share any tricks of the trade that help you work faster/cheaper/better?
Focus on one task at a time, finish that task and then move on to the next.
Please illustrate the way the performance of your position can help or hurt a movie. Name a movie that you've seen (or worked on) that we could view and understand the difference between a good job and a bad job.
Any position, whether the absolute bottom or the most respected, is an important part of the production.

What advice would you give to writers on how to craft a script that addresses practical production issues?
No good advice here.
What advice would you give a director on how to make production easier?
Inform the crew what is going on. The more the crew knows, the more they can do.
