Daily Production Reports for 6/19, 6/20, 6/21 Download 353 kb PDF Presenting days 23 through 25. Yes my friends, we have reached the end of shooting and hence, the end of nearly illegible daily production report PDFs. It's been a wild ride, hasn't it? Our fearless crew spent their last few days at the Welski Residence in addition to the South Shore Cultural Corter Beach. Additional footage and deleted scenes...was it a mad rush to get in missed shots or was our crew experiencing what they would fondly look back on as the salad days of principal photography?
Hand Drawn Shot List/Set-Ups for Days 22 and 23 Download 317 kb PDF All beach, all the time. Women in bikinis, men in Speedos...11 scenes, 38 set-ups, 30-degree water. These drawings of Lake Michigan, the shore, and some rocks for good measure show that some thought actually did go into planning for the beach. In addition, it has recently been brought to our attention that we all have Bruce Terris to thank for these shot/set-up drawings (and not Biagi and Jones as was previously thought). Bruce, if you are reading this, Thank You. Thank You for being so damn cool.

Letter From Jeff Balis to Chris Moore Re: The Beach Download 439 kb PDF If you were one of those people watching the beach episodes and wondering, "What the f*** were those guys thinking?" then you are in luck. "Stolen Summer" Co-Producer Jeff Balis wrote a four page letter to Chris Moore pre-beach shoot explaining just that; topics are sundry, the detail pain-staking, and questions are answered. Enjoy.
