Attention PGL partiers!!!

Remember way back when we asked those of you who were throwing Greenlight parties to shoot video footage of them? Remember how we said we'd be asking for copies of your footage once the contest was over?

Well, the contest is over! Therefore, if you indeed participated and shot footage of your party (or parties), please send the best quality copy of your footage -- don't forget the sign-up sheets (see below) -- to:

Project Greenlight Party Videos
137 N. Larchmont Blvd., #486
Los Angeles, CA 90004

Also, for those of you who plan on still having a PGL party (or parties), we'd love to have copies of YOUR footage, too! Just read our previous posting below...

Dear Greenlighters,

Word has it that a number of you are planning to get together in your respective cities and towns for "Greenlight" parties! We think that's cool -- remember to party responsibly, have fun, and be careful. Of course, these are unofficial Greenlight parties and we won't be attending or sponsoring any of them, but we did have this great idea -- if any of you wants to make a video of your festivities, we'll take a look at the footage and consider using it as part of the upcoming HBO series described in the Official Rules. Here's how it will work:

(1) Obtain permission to videotape or film the party from the owner of the establishment or location where you are having your party.
(2) Make a "sign-up sheet" by placing the name and address of the place where your party is held at the top, followed by the date of the party, the name and phone number of the person(s) making the video, and this sentence: "I agree to be videotaped or filmed at this unofficial Project Greenlight Party, and I agree that this video or film may be submitted to Project Greenlight, LivePlanet, and/or HBO for possible use in an upcoming HBO television series covering the Project Greenlight Contest. To show that I have given my permission for these uses, I have printed my name and contact information below."
(3) Ask people who are willing to be videotaped to print their name or greenlight username and contact information (phone number and/or email address) on this signup sheet, so that we can contact each person individually, if necessary, in the event that we decide to use the footage. If anyone specifically asks not to be filmed or videotaped, please respect their wishes and do not include them in the film or video. Do not include anyone in the film or video that has not given their permission to be included by signing the signup sheet (for example, other folks in the establishment who are not participating in Project Greenlight, or who have no idea what you crazy filmmakers are doing).

Be safe, have fun and remember...don't drink and film!

Cheers,
Project Greenlight
