Announcing The Project Greenlight Top 30! Attention All Greenlighters: The Project Greenlight "Top 30" has been announced! Just like a lot of you, we've been awaiting this day for months. For some of us involved with the planning of Project Greenlight, it's been years in the making! Today, we can all finally begin reading the Top 30 screenplays and narrow the list down to THE TOP TEN! Whether or not you've advanced to this round, you are to be congratulated. The Top 250 entries and videos were extremely competitive -- terrific job all around! It's been fascinating to witness how diverse and creative the Greenlight community has become and we obviously couldn't have done any of this without your support as Members, Reviewers and Contestants. We hope you'll agree that our Top 30 choices are great representatives of the Greenlight community. Of course, not everyone will agree with our choices -- but please keep in mind that these folks have come a long way; we hope you wish them well. If you like their entries, let them know. If you don't, do the same. But remember, the intent of Greenlight is a constructive environment, designed to be a place where feedback is exchanged and everyone's best work can get even better. Let's keep that Greenlight spirit alive! Finally, to all of our participants in the Greenlight community, we encourage you to read and review the Top 30 screenplays with us, as your reviews will continue to be considered in the narrowing down process. As set forth in the Official Rules, Contestants and Reviewers will be permitted to read, review, and rate each such Top 30 Submission, provided that the determination of which of the Top 30 Submissions are the ten best for purposes of the Contest will be subject to Greenlight's sole discretion (see the Official Rules for complete details). Remember, we're picking this movie together--so keep reading and reviewing, Greenlighters! Congratulations again to all -- and thanks once more for helping to make Greenlight a success. And, remember -- we're just getting started!
